Roofs in Naas and Celbridge
Naas and Celbridge doubled in size during the building boom, and most of the houses we see there date from the late 1990s and 2000s. Those estates are now fifteen to twenty-five years old, which is when the first real roof work falls due. The speed of the build shows: ridge and hip mortar cracking and letting water in, tiles that were never clipped slipping in high wind, gutters sagging on too few brackets, and roof windows with flashings that leak into bedrooms. The older houses in the centre of both towns have slate roofs, chimneys and cast-iron gutters that need the same care as their Dublin equivalents.

Getting to you
Naas is about 20 minutes down the N7 from our Rathcoole base, with Kill and Sallins on the way, and Celbridge is about the same via Lucan. Kildare is closer to our Rathcoole base than most of Dublin is, so travel is never added to a quote.
