What we collect and why

When you enquire by the online quiz or by phone we keep your name, phone number, email (if given), address and what you told us about the roof, so we can quote and do the work, and we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email. We keep it in our customer system (GoHighLevel) and our accounts. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing the contract.

Website analytics and ads

With your consent we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) measurement to see how the site is used and whether our ads work. No such cookies are set until you accept in the banner. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

How long

Enquiry details are kept for up to 2 years if no work goes ahead, and for 7 years after a job for guarantee and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to marketing. Email info@oisinroofingandguttering.ie. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Who else sees it

Our website host (Vercel), our customer system (GoHighLevel), Google and Meta for measurement if you consented, and our accountant. We never sell your details.
