Why Temo started Oisin Roofing
Temo founded Oisin Roofing & Guttering after years working in the trade. Looking around the industry, he kept seeing the same things: unmarked vans, late arrivals and calls that never got returned. He decided to build a company that did the opposite, with marked vans, crews that turn up when they say they will, and a team that gets back to people. That is still how we work today.
What that means in practice
We turn up when we say we will, and if something changes we let you know before the time, not after. When you get in touch, the team will be in contact within 15 minutes, Monday to Sunday. Our vans are marked, so you and your neighbours know who is on the roof. Every job is priced after a free roof check, the price is agreed before any work starts, scaffolding is included where it is needed, and there are no hidden charges. When we finish, we clear the garden, driveway and path before we leave.
The numbers we can stand over
We have completed over 1,700 roofs across Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare. Over 200 of those are in Clontarf, where the company started, with an 85% first-time fix rate there as of November 2024.
Where we work
We work from two bases: 39 Dublin Road, Sutton, Dublin 13, D13 E9N3 on the north side, by the coast, and Main Street, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin in the west. Between them we cover the whole of Dublin along with north Wicklow and east Kildare. The Sutton base puts Howth, Baldoyle, Raheny, Clontarf, Malahide and Swords all close by. The Rathcoole base does the same for Saggart, Lucan and Tallaght, and Bray and Greystones in Wicklow and Naas and Celbridge in Kildare are covered on the same terms, with no travel added to the quote.
Materials and guarantees
New roof builds carry our own 25-year guarantee. The roofing systems we use from Laydex, Soprema and RoofTX come with 20-year manufacturer warranties on top of that. We are fully insured, and we explain the guarantee and warranty details with the quote so you know where you stand before the job starts.
How a job runs
Ring 083 333 6639, or answer the 60-second online quiz, and we arrange a free roof health check. We inspect the roof and take photos of what we find, and you get your quote, with the price agreed before any work starts and no hidden charges. If you go ahead, we agree a start date and book scaffolding where needed. We arrive in a marked van, do the work as quoted, tidy up and walk you through it. You pay when you are satisfied, and the guarantee is yours to keep.
